No Cover or OPF When Sending To Android (Ubuntu 10.04)

--I posted this about a month ago and got no response so am re-posting could someone please help--

I recently upgraded to 0.8.54 on Ubuntu 10.04. Since then, I no longer receive a cover (.jpg) or .opf file when I send to my device (Next2 Android ver 2.1). Only .epub file shows up in device folder. Any help is appreciated.

--Since original post--

I have now completely uninstalled Calibre and reinstalled 0.8.58 I am still having same issue. Please help. Thank you.

sending to device does not send opf and cover files, it never has. Use save to disk if you want those files.

Thank you for the quick reply. I feel like an idiot. So let me make sure I understand. If I was getting the .opf and cover I must have been using "Save To Disk"? Is that correct? Must have had a mental malfunction somewhere along the line. I sorry to be a bother.
Cheers
