Smile First time having readers - 2 off

Hello all,
This is just to let all know that I am a newcomer to readers and wish to learn to use the two new readers which my spouse and me have. One is a Kindle and the other a Sony prs T1

We no longer get paper copies of books, saves a lot of forest and so much easier to carry the e-readers.

Just a few hurdles to learn the routines of what and how to do.

I had already downloaded - as well as read a couple of books on my laptop with the intent of copying to the new reader which turned out to be the Sony. You can see me on other forums, but not quite sure where exactly to ask questions about the copying of books to each of these readers and shopping and downloading advice as the steps of learning happen.

Some hints would be helpful what things I should do first etc. as general guidance, not to frustrate myself with the process of learning.

So talk to some of you soon.
