changes:
  • track urls downloaded to stop duplicates
  • add toc thumbnail
  • add catch all other feed - all other feeds only show the last 15 items, whereas this one has a lot more (if articles are missed from the other feeds due to this limit, this will catch them)

I recommend you download bi-weekly as the 'other feed' seems to cover a maximum of 5 days (the others span less).
