PRS-T1 buying newspapers on UK store

I am in the UK and managed to buy a single issue of The Guardian over a month ago. I could download it, read it and delete.
However now, whenever I go bak to Sony Store on my PRST1 and go to the news stand, the Guardian has the option "purchase" already black (I mean selected) and it won't let me buy a new one.
I got a prompt response from Sony Customer service but not helpful. The first advice was to download the paper; the second was to delete my account from my Sony ereader and re-login. But that does not help. I wonder if there is some cache or file I should delete (my T1 is rooted) or others had the same problem.
