Wow, another newbie
I'm brand new to this whole thing, having just got my new reader (a Sony). I really wish whoever wrote the instructions for these things would stop assuming that I already know everything

You know, I used to be pretty good at tech. gadgets, but that was when there were manuals you could read, that gave actual instructions, rather than just telling that things can be done. I miss manuals. I guess I'm showing my age, aren't I?

Gee, I actually got responses. I honestly didn't expect any, figuring all the 'hi, I'm new' posts never really got read by anyone. So thank you.

Morantis, it was more of a vent than a request for info. I think I'm managed to figure out everything I needed, except how to get it to interact with my ADE, but, a friend told me about Calibre, so I finally gut got rid of the ADE, and screw the couple of books on there I lost access to (to which I lost access ).
