Need Help or Suggestions

I have been converting books for my Kindle -- and trying to do a professional job of it. One book that I did has the chapters divided into parts -- Part One, Part Two, Part Three, etc. So, I had put Part One on one page, then Chapter 1 on the next page. I did this for all 7 parts and 64 chapters in the book. Then, I ran it through Calibre, and uploaded it to my Kindle. For some unknown reason, it has Part One on one page, and the title "Prologue" on another page. The other parts worked out great, the title is on the next line after "Part ***". I've checked the coding, and it's identical for each Part. I've redone Part One 4 or 5 times, saved it, and converted it from scratch. And it's not just my Kindle that it does this one. It also does it on Kindle for PC. The EPUB file shows it correctly, but the Kindle file is what is giving me the problem. I don't know if it's Calibre, or what, but any suggestions on what I could try to fix this would be helpful.
