Tags viewable via Kindle?

Hi everyone, I have created tags for my e-book collection (which is in .mobi format), but they do not show up on my kindle when I send them to my device. Is this possible (ie. are tags made by calibre viewable on a kindle)? Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT - All I'm really trying to do is have the "series" tag show up in my collections, so i know the books are in the correct reading order. I'm very new to kindles and calibre so forgive me if it's fairly obvious.
