This book shares the author's personal view on celibacy that would help an individual progress on the spiritual path.

For a proper spiritual progress, celibacy is a must, is what many masters say. But, understanding it in a right manner is very important. Just refraining from having sex will not help the spiritual progress. A right utilization of the sexual vital fluid shall do wonders in bringing spiritual development is what the author believes.
