Managing Personal Documents - Online ?

I was trying to clean-up my personal documents for my account online, and noticed that some of my entries have different options available. I've attached a couple of screen shots of each.

Does anyone know why some have some options and others do not?

Not all are Personal Documents. The one with Loan this title is an Amazon book. The only options I have for pdocs are Deliver & Delete options.

The ones with just "Deliver To.." and "Delete..." are Personal Documents (PDOC), i.e. files that you uploaded.

The others with more options are all Amazon books. "Loan" only appears on books that allow this (still a minority). "Clear furter page read" is available when you start reading an (Amazon) book.

Pretty simple really..

I would filter the list so you are just looking at Personal Documents (link on left side). When it is all mixed up with Amazon purchases, subscriptions, audiobooks, it can be confusing and moreover, inefficient due to the greater number of pages you need to navigate (because every edit you make, such as Delete, refreshes the list and starts you on Page 1 again).
