Question PDF to EPUB
I have a lot of PDF books that I want to convert to EPUBS but I don't know how to go about removing the page numbers and author names any body know how I do that?

Also Is their a way I convert more than one files at a time? I have MANY PDFs that I need to convert?

& a lot of them lose their paragraph formatting

Select as many books as you want, then tap 'C' (for convert)

PDF is a PITA as you have DISCOVERED AND read.

Fine adjust Unwrap factor (people tend to make big CHANGES).

IMHO, learn to use Sigil (next forum down) to fix things Calibre can't do easily.

Using a PDF to word online converter I was able to convert all my PDFs into word documents. http://www.pdftoword.com/ OR http://www.pdfonline.com/pdf-to-word-converter/ ( for some reason this one exports as double pages https://www.easypdfcloud.com/ ) Warning most only allow 2MB files sizes so you’ll need to use a PDF split tool in order to split them into smaller file sizes http://www.splitpdf.com/ OR http://foxyutils.com/splitpdf/


Also Google Drive will OCR the first ten pages of a PDF and it keeps all the formatting no good for what I need but if somebody has just a couple pages to work on this maybe a good solution. (really Google 50 pages would be helpful 10 pages is a joke)

Convert RTF to EPUB done!

The day someone makes a smart PDF to EPUB converter that has a red-hot go at stripping out page titles and page numbers is the day that someone will probably make a fair bit of money!
