Problems with isilo

The program does not get the user id, user name , device id.
Therefore it can not open the commercial files. Registration of document is impossible. I posted this question on isilo forum, but they deleted this post and blocket my account. Without any explanation. I know, this is bug may appear on seweral android devices.

Solved

OK, to solve this you need switch on wifi module file opening before. After that no need. Works well till soft reset or fool program exit. After that just repeat.(according program developers)
