Just FYI - self-published (single book/author for the publsher). Claims to have an MD for the foreword, but I'd be careful of medical advice from self-published titles.

OK thanks, will keep that in mind. Taking serious medical advice from any book without seeing a doctor would be a bad idea :-)

Also Hypoglycemia isn't just a problem for Type II diabetics. People with Type I also suffer from it. I know that from personal experience.
