I am so hoping, that someone can help me. My Kobo Touch e-reader has frozen up on the cover page of the book I am reading. I have tried charging it, resetting it , turning it on and off, and nothing seems to work. I have even tried activating it through the comp. NOTHING. Yes i an ready to through it out the window. When i try turning it on the blue light comes on, however the reader will not turn on its self.
Please can some one help me.
