Removing Pages

I'm new to e-books and Calibre, so please forgive the newbie question. Is it possible to use Calibre to remove excess pages of an epub book at the beginning or end of the book? I've enountered epubs with several blank pages or with a dozen or more "credit" pages. I'd like to trim some of that off if it can be done.

Appreciate the patience with this first post.

Welcome
Calibre is not really an editor.
Consider Sigil (next forum down), A WYSIWYG editor. It is easy to select areas (blank pages may not be the only part of the file)
