Have a look at Newcastle City Library, they allow you to borrow 2 books at a time (5 if you live in the North East)

They dont have a huge selection, but I have found a few interesting ones there

"Due to licensing agreements only customers who live in the North East of England can access our ebooks service".

Newcastle Brown Ale is good, haven't had any for ages though

Only joined this library a couple of months ago, and the terms have changed in that time

Is this a change that is happening with other libraries (Singapore one also changed recently for residents only)
