how to build a Push website using calibre

hey, I'm a new calibre user.Now ,i want to build a website that can push content to people's kindle.I've got some problems,i need help.
I send mail (E-mail attachments format is xml) to kindle,and the content is garbled on kindle.So i need use calibre's Format conversion function,conversion XML format into mobi format or other format,then mail it to kindle,I hope this kind of transformation should be automatic,I mean if I can use some way to make calibre service for my website. maybe there is some api that can be used.

I want to know ,how should I do ?

my website is based on php+apache+linux.

Use the CLI http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/cli/ebook-convert.html then mail the output file

Mr theducks,I'm so glad that you reply me.But I'm so sorry,I can not understand it.You say I can use CLI.But how could my php code call the CLI.
