Help. WHere to find PE Ermine installation instruction in the archive

My PE came with DIngo1.6. I want to install the ERmine. I have downloaded it to my pc. The instructions I cant find the instructions on what to do next.
I also took this step to see if ti will help with my inability to download ebook from google books, amomg other things. Thanks.

you can find it in the pdfs in the resources... Format a usb stick or micro SD card to FAT32 format and place the Ermine "Update.zip" file on the root of the micro SD card/usb stick
Rename the .zip file to “update” excluding the quotes of course. just make sure you dont have two ".zip.zip". Power off your device.,, then power up holding the menu + rotate button for 10 sec or more.. just untill the update screen shows up then grab a cup of coffee or so :P.. keep in mind to USE THE PE ERMINE update file.. just in case double check it... :P
