Lightbulb Kindle freezes up...launchpad command...keep on working LIKE A BOSS

Hi. I was thinking about how the Kindle freezes up a lot, and thought that there should be a way that if your kindle freezes up, you can go into whatever terminal you use and keep reading/working/browsing/whatever. Like a full thing for the Kindle terminal, including a web browser like w3m or links and a decent ebook reader.

Mine freezes up quite a bit. Maybe it's just what I do with it, but I have problems with freezing.
