Automatic structure checker
I'm searching for Windows Tools to check the structure of downloaded eBooks, i.e. detect errors which make them unreadable.

And you will have better luck in the Workshop forum. this one is for eBook Readers. I would move this thread but I suggest you develop a better question with more specific information as to what you are looking for.
