Not able to checkout on device or within Reader software

I am unable to purchase any books from the Sony Store. I continually get the same message (see attached screenshot), saying that[list of books I "purchased" previously, most were free] were unavailable and were taken out of my cart. I can dismiss the message, but when I click on Checkout, it essentially reloads the page again and I am unable to purchase the three books that I currently have in my cart. I receive the same message when I try to subscribe to a periodical.

Any one else experience this problem? Or should I try to call Sony?

The error message shows that they are already purchased. Go to your library (at the Sony eBookstore) and see if they are there. If not, give Sony a call.

Yes, they have already been purchased and downloaded. I was hoping someone else had experienced this before!

Have you made sure your cart was empty before trying to purchase any other books? If so, give Sony a call as that is a really odd error.

I still receive the error if I go to look at my cart when there is nothing in it. I guess I will be giving them a call. Thanks.
