I'm (computer) literate and very senior ... not past it yet!

Got a Tosh Thrive recently (because I can have a spare battery).

What e-ink readers are there that you can get at the battery?

Looks like I wasn't precise ~
apart from my Thrive I would be interested in an e-ink reader, but consider it essential to be able to replace the battery when it expires!
Any ideas?
