Touch kobo touch rattle

I just picked up a kobo touch and i'm trying to find out if this is normal as it seems potentially...bad to me.

The internals slide/and rattle around when it's rotated. I.e i'm holding it normally, turn it upside down and i can feel and hear the internals slide around before clunking against the top of the unit, and vice versa when i flip it back around.

This makes me kinda worried about the longevity of the internals with the beating it sounds like they're taking.

Return it. Nothing should be sliding around inside.

Hi there, as taming mentioned, nothing should be sliding around inside. Can you share where you picked up the device and when?

Probably a screw loose.

Return it. It shouldn't be rattling.

I have another. Severe rattle when shaken. Otherwise works, but will be returned.
