Amazon apps cache

Big waste of space on the PE .. IMHO

I deleted all files in the amazon/data/com.amazon.venezia/cache folder (which had a copy of all apps I downloaded from Amazon, whether installed or uninstalled) .. sure freed up a lot of space in mem. The only downside is that, when you go to amazon apps, it won't update apps I have installed, but this is a small sacrifice considering the amount of wasted space.

I am wondering if other app sites (market, Soc.io, SlideMe, etc) are doing the same thing .. keeping a copy of the install file even after installing.

Incidently, I am using And 2.2 plus allmine and gapps and a 4gb microsd .. and I love this little device. And for a hundred bucks at walmart.com, it's a bargain indeed!!
