Interface "glitch"

The library toolbar buttons (choose library, copy to library) have the little arrow on the right different than other buttons. In other buttons the arrow is centered vertically and looks like a separate button, while in the library buttons the arrow is at the bottom right corner. See the attached pictures for the difference when two buttons are highlighted.

Is this intended? Is it a bug? Is it a problem with my system?

Button with arrows in the bottom right corner mean that clicking them will opena amenu, whereas when the arrow is to the right you have to click the arrow or right click the button to open the menu.

Ah, I see... so the arrow in the corner means the button by itself does nothing but open a menu. I must be especially slow today, cause it's obvious
