Retail Book Conversion

So I'm wondering about an image or something that goes missing after converting a book (epub to epub)

I put a book cover and convert epub to epub so it will show up on my Nook Color, but after the cover, there is a page with a large skinny rectangle and a question mark (like a broken image link).

How do I get rid of this without having to go into Sigil? The TOC gets all screwy when in Sigil.

There's an option to remove first image in the conversion settings, use it, under Structure Detection, IIRC

@jhempel24 - it is trivial to sort out in Sigil (assuming 0.4.2 here).
- Right-click to remove the cover html file in the book browser
- If the TOC explorer shows an entry for the cover, double-click on toc.ncx in the book browser, and remove the <navpoint>...</navpoint> for it.

You don't have to try to regenerate the whole TOC, just make that change directly in the toc.ncx. The whole lot can be done in 5 secs, and works for any kind of double cover scenario (though if you have double covers, I also remove the now orphaned extra image using the book browser in Sigil as well).
