Deleting Credit Card information

I just purchased my first app for my Nook Tablet, and now I can't find an option to remove the credit card information from the device. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Finally found it on their website. I guess they want to make it easy to enter on the tablet, but they want to make me go elsewhere to remove it. Ah well.
