Talking Sue/hello & help. Newbie, on the block.
Hi my name is Sue and I have just joined. I am new to everything, I have just got back into my book that I have been writing on and off for the last two years.

I am hoping to get my book on to Kindle, my husband received one last Christmas.
I am using a Mac running Lion OS, I was using a very old copy of Word, that no longer works with Lion but can open it with Pages on my iMac, it seems I need to convert my book into another format to e-publish on the Kindle.

I came across 'Calibre' I down-loaded the the demo to my desktop and watched it it looks brill. So I have down-loaded the latest version of Calibre to my applications folder. I also have 'Sigil' in my Applications.

If any of you out there can help me out from time to time with trying to convert in to the e-pub format I would be very grateful. You can e-mail me direct on netlink@mac.com thanks for taking the time to read this, Sue.
