Sideloaded books - bookmarks lost
Hi, I use Calibre to load my own books onto the Fire. As far as I can tell, bookmarks and notes that I add onto the book disappear randomly. I can't predict when it will happen, but when it does ALL bookmarks that I set in a book disappears. I also occasionally get the Sync Failure error, which is fine with me because I don't want to sync. I just want my bookmarks to stay.
The sync failure is expected because I use it with WIFI turned off to conserve battery life. But why am I losing bookmarks? It's very frustrating. Anyone can help? |
