Zinio problem

Has anyone else had problems opening it? Mine comes up with an error message telling me I need to download a newer version. I can't seem to find where to get one since I can't get it from the android store. Zinio is suppose to have a black friday sale so I want to be ready! lol

Yikes...not good. I haven't tried it yet today, so I am not sure if I will have that problem too. I'll check tonight.

You can always sign into your account on your home PC, and purchase your Black Friday deals, and then worry about the mobile version once it is figured out what's going on.

hey all- I'm the Zinio CMO- try zinio.com/help to download the version we have posted for the fire if you need to. otherwise - yes.... buy from zinio.com/blackfriday and when you get it sorted out anything you have bought will be there. thanks.

No Zinio problems for me...you may have corrupted something in that app? You could try a factory reset and see if that works. I don't think it can be uninstalled and reinstalled...

The first time I opened zinio it worked fine... glad I didn't purchase anything though because every time subsequent, I've gotten a force close message.

jeanniey , this is with the Kobo Vox. I did get some magazines but my app shuts down. Is there somewhere else I can re download it?

I get the message but it doesn't prevent me from downloading new magazines or reading...although I would really like for it to open normally again...

I can read the free magazines but when I try to connect online it goes back to my home page.
