Cheap scanning services (that aren't onedollarscans)

A couple of weeks ago I ran across a "destructive" scanning service based in the US that had similar pricing plan as onedollarscans, but also offered conversion to formats other than pdf. Like an idiot, I forgot to bookmark the webpage and can't find the service again. Anyone here familiar with other services besides onedollarscans that would fit this description?

yes. it was a week or so ago, and apparently my browser history deletes itself at the beginning of each new month.
