Kobo in "trouble shooter" consumer news story
Complaints about Kobo's customer service (or lack thereof) showed up on Global Edmonton's news tonight.

I have a ticket with them right now, and it's taken just over 2 weeks for them to reply and tell me that they are pushing my case to Tier 2.
