Fixing Leon's little mistake

My first post and I couldn't find how to start and found this place Sorry I'm Leon and have experience with Sony600 Reader It's doesn't work(screenwith lines, not repairable) Now I'm looking for new reader and want buy tablets to use as reder I'd like to choose Android tablets (there are many of them!) and my main questions to make decision:1. is there any application similar Calibre (i use for windows) to book management 2. can somebody recommend reliable tablet with Android ($80 - $150 USD) and maybe somebody experience with ePad's from China companies Thanks
