Kindle for internationa shipment

Hi all,
I looked at Amazon website and I realized there are different versions of kindle depending on if you live in USA or not.
Do you know what is different in these models?
What would happen if I used them outside USA?
Is the kindle touch 4 available outside USA?

Only the Kindle Keyboard and Kindle non-Touch are currently available outside the US.
