problems, questions: check kobo facebook

I'm really impressed by kobo's facebook page.
They have an excellent support section for questions, ideas, problems, and praise.
So you should check it out if you have a problem or a question.
That's the good news.
The bad news is how far behind they are in dealing with the support the users need. I hope they can catch up...many people are getting really po'd.

I asked for info on returning my preordered kobo on sunday,I was told to expext an email....nothing yet.

For people who would rather not do this through facebook--what you are seeing there is the Kobo support at www.getsatisfaction.com/kobo.

Its been up for awhile. It was initially a bit of an experiment, but it seems firmly in place now. I first found out about the addy from a Kobo staffer.
