OpenGL support?
Hi. Anybody know if Vox has hardware accelerated OpenGL support?
The specs say it has i.mx51 processor in it, but that refers to a family of processors which doesn't really help (i.mx515 is the only one with hw acceleration). Did anybody run a 3d app or opengl es benchmark to find out? Thanks. |

Looks like it uses i.mx515 with hw opengl es 2.0 support. Not bad - but I wonder why the bookshelf screen is so choppy when it has 2D&3D acceleration. |

Having hardware capability and using it are two different things. The OS may take advantage of it, but individual apps may not.
