If you copy that link, paste it in the address bar and add a + at the end ( https://bitly.com/plmY8W+ ), you'll get the bitly's stats page that also show the original link. That always worked for me to find out if the website is good or not.

And the survey is pretty small and quick.

It could be 'not important' for a variety of reasons. But if that is the only Not important reason you're trying to document, fine, but if so, selection bias is going to make that result meaningless (since you posted the survey link here).
