902 902 Not Start, Hourglass Only

I had charged my 902 for a long time, like I left it connected to the computer for at least 24 hours. When I went to unplug the cable, I turned the 902 off first, or I thought I turned it off.

Since then I've had a blank screen only showing the hour glass, but it won't start, pressing or holding the on/off button doesn't do anything, pressing any of the buttons doesn't do anything, reconnecting it to the computer doesn't do anything, the light doesn't come on at all, it's just kind of dead except for the hourglass.

So any suggestions welcome.

Try giving the Reset button a poke. That might wake it up.

I have had the same problem. Resetting solved the problem for me. I hope it works for you too.
