What happened to my Root??
So I had rebooted my Nook Color because the stupid update to the Manatano Software didn't work, I thought a reboot might fix...wrong!

I couldn't even reboot it...it kept locking at the Nook Color animation screen.

No problem, I'll just re-do the root....now nothing works. Can't install any software even after doing the market fix..frustrating as hell....anyone else have any suggestions?

I don't like CM7 because I don't like any of the readers except Mantano (which doesn't work on CM7 after the update either).

I'm currently at stock 1.3 again... I really hope I can figure this out...anyone have any suggestions? It's a manual nooter 4-6-16a

Do you think it has something to do with the market fix? Because mine did the same thing after. I had to do a reset and start all over. Just adding 1.3 now, then I might try to re-root again.

Maybe try a dual boot. That way you'll have the stock reader and still have access to the full compliment of apps. Works flawlessly for me (well, almost anyway).

jhempel24, did you get it figured out? I had a horrendous time figuring mine out over the weekend, but I finally got it just right! It looks like this is happening to people using CM7 as well (not the sd version).

If you haven't figured out how to fix it yet (after you re-root), you need to disable adobe Air and Adobe Flash updates. Or completely uninstall them with Titanium Backup and then re-install the newest ones. I have a whole thread on my trials through this mess here. It is mostly me cursing and posting info that I found, lol.

I don't know where that came from, I have CM7 and I'm running Mantano 1.5.3.

The update they did fixed the problem that people were having....I'm now on MIUI though, love it!
