Output list of tag-item data?

Is there a way to output a list of data from custom columns? Not a list by book as with Catalog or Command Line list command, but a list by item similar to the way Tag Browser presents them. Looking to get a simple output list of just all the items from certain custom columns.

Edit: For example, a list of all the tags (one each in list) for Genre. A list of all the tags (one each) for Kinds. For Awards. etc. Basically for any category as can be filtered in Manage User Categories dialog box. Which doesn't have a button for copying the list to clipboard.
