The barbecue is done!
So, after months and months and months of waiting... The Lemur family has finally expanded. The 4-year-old was insistent on calling the upcoming offspring "Hot dog." And, as of 8:14pm last night (9/15/11), he came off the grill...

He's setting records, or something. Nurse said "We hope he poops once in the first 24 hours... " Well, he just blasted turd #6 moments ago. That's my boy!

Well some of us do have to stand out. I remember my mom saying that after I was born while the other babies were all crying and carrying on I was just drinking a bottle and looking around apparently trying to figure out what was going on. lol. for that matter I understand one of the kings of France was born with a number of teeth already in place. That must have been interesting for his mother when nursing.

Lemur, you're lucky to have the Internet. When my son was born, I ran home to make phone calls with the news. (No cell phones back then.)
I called my parents... no one home.
So I called my best friend... no one home.
So I called my wife's parents... no one home.
So I called my employer... no one home.
I called... I called... I called.... an not a single one was home for me to tell.

So I went outside and just shouted to the world... "I have a son!"
It would have been so much easier if there was the Internet!
