New software for Mac (watch your password)
A parallel thread to the new Software for PC
Briefly I had a problem after installation. When I tried to sign in to the Sony store I got the error message: Error: -1 Sony Customer service was great (via live chat), but no immediate solution. I then tried logging into the store with the old software. That worked. I had the hunch the password was the problem. I removed the special characters (& and -), then logged in successfully with the new software. Sony customer service said they will add the problem and workaround to the database. |
