Hello to my fellow e-book readers

Hello,

I am a long time reader. I enjoy a good read. I have been known to read a book to the last page and then go to sleep. I do have a large book collection that I have amassed over the years. I enjoy many types of books. My only requirement is that it be of interest.

I brought my Kindle 3 about 2 months ago and have enjoyed reading the classics that I should have read during my High School and College years instead of all those cliff notes.

I am currently reading "Catch 22" and my next e-book will be 'The Moonstone". I really enjoy my Kindle and carry it with me all the time. I do have the Holy Bible (NIV) on my Kindle.

I like the calibre ebook management system and think that a lot of hard work went into its generation. In fact, I liked it so well that I have made a donation to the effort.

In my mind, all the publishers are making a mistake in pricing their e-books $2 less than the hardcopy. It is better to sell one million copies for $2 instead of one book for $2 million. Enought said. Have a pleasant day and many enjoyable reads.

That is all I have to write now, so if you will excuse me, I will go and finish my e-book.
