How are books added? Order

Hey,

I have a folder with 2 dozen subfolders that each have atleast 150-200 ebooks in them.
I had to abort adding the books around 60% because of a computer issue. But I can't figure out where the books stopped being added from. I've tried the first folder and last folder and those are all duplicates. Is there an oder calibre follows in adding books from multiple folder? I don't want to add all of them again. I know it goes over duplicates more quickly but it still can take awhile.

There is no particular order IIRC.

I would suggest adding them in smaller chunks next time.

@Paltieldav - suggestion: Mark and/or Tag the books as they are added, options are in Preferences->Add Books.

Alternatively you could copy them all to an auto-add folder. calibre will delete each ebook as it gets added (hence copying them first).

But again this is the sort of thing that is only really useful as a preventative measure for the future.

Perhaps try using the Connect To Folder option, and check for matching books. (calibre will scan the folder as though it were an ereader device, and read the metadata for all the books then display them in Device View.)
Then add the non-matching books.
