My PRS-505 is frozen ... :(

So I'm stuck on a page...nothing is working to power it off. Buttons arent responding, connecting to usb doesnt overide it, nor does the reset button on the back work. Anyone have any ideas?

I wish it were a battery issue, but it isn't. I had only finished reading about 600 pages when the problem started (I charged it fully yesterday). Also, the battery level is down one bar only. 3/4 of the battery still remains....

guess I may have to return it?

i wonder if the power pack is damaged or somehow came disconnected.

I would still recommend to try connecting it to USB for a few hours.

yeah, its the battery...I charged it to full battery. I unplugged it and started testing it out. after about 700 so flips the battery went down one bar and it froze up again. Looks like the battery isnt holding a charge or something. TIme to head to borders to swap it with another i guess
