tablet pc model mid 7009

hello evryone, i have this tablet pc bought last month because it has a lot of promising features, ofcourse i find it attractive. but i noticed that i almost cannot use the features except for the wifi. it has 3g,gps,bluetooth and so forth. i am wondering why i cannot use them. bluetooth cannot be turn on, same as gps .any one who can help me about this topic please.....
the model number is : MID_Serials
android version :2.3.1
Baseband version :unknown
and build number : MID 070S4

another thing anyone know wat is the default sim pin of this tablet model...

Everything I've pulled up makes no mention of GPS, or bluetooth. From what I've seen, it supports an external 3g module, which is not included and nothing in built in for 3g internally.

In my experience, the no name chinese tablets suck, and have all sorts of issues.

They don't suck. They are just limited in what they can do. You get what you pay for.

I've got a superpad, for reading manga, and it works GREAT!! But that and email is about all I use it for. But considering I paid about 1/3 of the price of a 32gb ipad, I'm ok.

Mhald-try checking out the Androidtablets.net site. Lots of info and help there. I got several upgrades and walkthroughs for my tablet.

You have a normal Chinese tablet. These all used a hacked version of the Android phone operating system, as a result there are loads of features in the OS that are included in a smartphone that are not included in the tablet hardware. It is highly unlikely that you have 3G or GPS in your tablet. As Ravensknight suggested Androidtablets is a great site.

tnx for all the replies guys, so sad to know that after checking this tablet i have bought, i found out that this unit doesnt even supported the ff: gps,bluetooth, and 3g...this unit really sucks....the lesson i learned???? I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN CHINEESE ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS....if you dont want to have trouble, better buy the original and not the clone, a little bit expensive but surely it will work...

my new questions to the readers,...i am thinking to change its OS, is it possible? let say, win 7, xp etc...and if ever it will be replaced with those OS i mentioned, do you think this will now can recognize bluetooth, 3g and so forth??

I'm sorry your new device isn't working out, but don't think changing the OS will have any effect on accessing 3G, Bluetooth, or GPS. The problem is most likely that it doesn't have the hardware to support any of them and without the hardware, you can't use 3g, bluetooth, or gps. This can be a problem when buying from noname sites. They probably copied the specs from somewhere else and no one thought to check and make sure it had everthing listed. It could also have been a deliberate mistake on their parts. You never know.

It might be a good idea to double-check reviews in the future to see what problems others have had with the tablet you re interested in buying and to compare the specs across sites. I was once really excited when a mp3 on one site was listed as having AM radio capability, but then looked at the same device on several other sites and none of them listed it as a feature so I went to a forum and asked other people who owned it. Turns out it didn't have AM radio access and the first site just messed up.

There is no way you can put another OS on your tablet.

If you are not happy with it put it on eBay and get what you really want and call it a learning experience
