Table of Contents
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to get my TOC to link properly. I'm encountering problems when I've got a linked index or endnotes in the text. Those links seem to override the file names that usually make up the TOC and will be the only links that appear in my TOC - I've attached an image of one problematic TOC the Numbers only link to an endnote. I've tried to fix it manually by going into the toc.ncx file but I have no idea how to find the navPoint id
