Try passing a kidney stone.

It's hard to describe the pain; the best I can come up with is it feels like someone is constantly kicking you in the kidney whilst someone else is shoving a hot poker up your Johnson.

Yikes!

And then at the very end, when the "stone" passes, all you get is something the size of a grain of rice.

For all that pain, the "stone" could have at least been a little more manly in size!
