HELP PLEASE!!!

need to know what to do!!!! I have tryed and tryed to get the update for the
e_lic_user_unknow when i try to get it it says not found... anyone got any ideas?

Did you register? This needs to be done first, then update. The servers refuse you if they are busy. Try it in the morning or later this evening and it might work.

You can also download the files from links on this site and update from a usb stick.

Not sure where the link and instructions are, maybe someone will post it soon. I will snoop a little to.

Be sure to get the right one when you download there are two entourage edges, the 10 inch and the pocket usually designated EE and PE.

yep i registered.... where can i get updates from? sorry i am a complete newbie to this...

when u try the ones on the site you get:
(Not Found The requested URL /support/rsc/updates/FixBookDownloads.apk was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.17 (EL) Server at www.entourageedge.com Port 80

Sorry I am not having any luck finding the downloads. Post which unit you have and someone that knows where it is will post a link for you I would think.

thanks, I have the PE.... I really need help with the link for fixing the error msg: e_lic_user_unknown.... i have tried the link on the old site but it dont work..... is there anything i can do?

The error message you are getting is because the server has a problem.

Now read message 26 on https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...=134237&page=2 and try downloading the PE Ermine update from there.

thanks that really helped have not seen if it will fix that download error msg but was able to upgrade....
