first KOBO support contact :(
so, i had to make my first KOBO support contact today ...
Mom set her KOBO down to tie my niece's shoe, picked it back up, and was met with a one inch black bar across the top of her screen. the rest is blank. pinhole reset was no good. light turns blue on power button press, then flashes about 10 times. plug into pc, and it turns red, but will not connect. Mom had already called support, but has no email address to provide them to get the shipping address ... so it looks like i get to handle the RMA action. yay me. |

and i have tried a "hard factory reset" and the screen flashes, clears, the black bar comes back, and i get solid blue light for a second, then 20 flashes.
