EPUB to PDF conversion unhandled exception

I am using Calibre portable edition and am trying to conver a Holman Christian Standard Bible Epub (can be downloaded free at http://www.bhpublishinggroup.com/downloads/) to PDF, but the conversion failed with an unhandled exeption error:
calibre, version 0.8.11
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>Exception</b>:Empty output file, probably the conversion process crashed

Can anyone help me fix this error?
